Effective November 6, 2026. These terms apply to your use of properweekday.com and purchases from Proper Weekday, operated by Tagarino Nidoy Imports LLC.

Shopping with us

You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep your account credentials private. Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or other customers.

Products & prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and tax appear in the checkout summary. We aim to present accurate descriptions, measurements and photographs. Screen settings can affect color, and garment measurements can vary within the tolerance stated on the product page. The listed package contents determine what is included; styling pieces in photographs are not included unless specified.

If an error affects an item or price, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund. We may decline an order for an address outside our service area, suspected fraud or an item that is no longer available; any amount collected for a canceled order is refunded.

Delivery & returns

We serve the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free on $59 or more; orders below $59 have a $6.99 delivery charge. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Eligible returns can be started within 30 days after delivery. Our Refund Policy explains condition, return postage, the return address and inspection. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Website content & outside services

The Proper Weekday name, design and original written content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to outside services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility & changes

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Website access may be affected by technical interruptions beyond reasonable control. Revised terms will be published here and will apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you order govern that purchase.
