Your information at Proper Weekday
Effective November 6, 2026. This policy describes how Tagarino Nidoy Imports LLC, operating Proper Weekday at properweekday.com, handles information when you browse, shop or contact us.
The information you give us
We receive the information you enter in an account, checkout or contact form: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and correspondence. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive financial information through our contact form.
What we use it for
We use these details to maintain your account, handle orders and returns, provide customer support, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and server logs, may be used to keep the website functioning and secure.
Cookies on this website
Essential cookies support the shopping bag, checkout session and account sign-in. Your cookie preference is saved in local storage in your browser. We currently run no analytics or advertising scripts. Accepting or declining optional cookies does not prevent necessary shopping functions. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to revisit your choice. Your browser can also remove cookies and local storage, though doing so may reset your bag or sign-in.
Who receives information
Service providers supporting hosting, email and order delivery receive information needed for those tasks. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the store and its customers. We do not trade customer data, rent mailing lists or use your details for targeted advertising across other websites.
Retention & your choices
We retain order and support records as needed for customer service, legal, tax and fraud prevention purposes. You can ask to access, correct or delete information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. We may verify your identity before responding. Any rights available under the law of your state remain available to you.
Security & children
We use HTTPS and limit access to customer information to support the store. No online service can promise absolute security. Our store is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
