Shipping, plainly stated

Our delivery service covers the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and destinations outside the United States are outside this delivery area.

Two parts to the delivery timeline

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Once the package is handed over for delivery, transit takes 3–7 days. Processing and transit are separate intervals; weekends and U.S. holidays can affect dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies to merchandise totals of $59 or more. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. Any applicable tax is separate. Your order summary shows the delivery charge before you place an order.

Following your package

When an order ships, we send the available tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may need time to show its first scan. Delivery can be affected by weather, carrier disruptions or address issues.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund. We will seek your agreement to any further delay as required.

Address corrections & delivery issues

Check your street address, apartment number and ZIP code carefully. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting; changes may be unavailable after dispatch. If a package arrives damaged or tracking does not match what happened, contact us so we can help investigate.
